I was having my TAWG just now and the memories of my last holiday in Tioman just came to me. It was memories of me resting (falling a sleep in the beach), just enjoying myself during the trip and not worrying of anything.

*at first wanna put my own pic... wahaha~
but in the end decided to put this.. think this is more cute..



So i asked God is there anything that He wants to speak to me about..
Then this verse from Ps 4:8 just pop out again; "IN peace i will lie down n sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe."

This verse really reminds me that God is watching over me n protecting me at all times.. its like a jet booster or booster jet.. whatever u call it.. :P
Most importantly, it really blessed my heart to have this assurance that God is in control of all circumstances n He has the best intention for me.

I know that sleep does not come easily during a crisis, so if you are lying awake at night worrying about what you can't change, all u need to do is to pour out your heart to God n thank Him for being in control. Then sleep will come...

Be confident that as you trust n focus on God, everything will turn out according to His perfect will... :)
