When was the last time you saw an invasive needle puncturing through your skin and leaving a stinging pain on your left arm? I just experienced it…

Due to possible contact with pathogenic microorganisms in my research, it is mandatory that I take a *tetanus injection.

So I took it last Friday. At first the pain was bearable but by evening when.the Upper Sec leaders had our lcell at Bro Terence’s house, I couldn’t fully enjoy my KFC chicken with them; it seemed like I just wanted to slouch on the sofa and not do anything.

When I woke up on Saturday morning, I almost couldn’t move my left arm at all. I couldn’t join in the Pegging Game that we played during FUEL. (Thank you Upper Sec Section for excusing me from the game… and making sure that I don’t get pegged).

But the worst of all was – I found it so hard to clap and lift my hands during service. It was like every part of me desires to give my best praise to God but there was a wriggling pain on my arm that stopped me from giving my full 100 percent.

Thank God the pain went away on Tuesday. Looking back, I feel deeply that it is a true privilege to be able to lift our hands and worship God; I felt so handicapped when I wasn’t able to do so. No wonder the bible says that if we don’t glorify and speak of God’s greatness, even the rocks will cry out! (Luke 19: 37 – 40) Our very nature is to proclaim His Name, so the next time we step into the chapel, let every fiber of our being praise Him, creating a vibrant worship atmosphere in IGNYTE, Trinity@Adam

(*for those who may not know, tetanus is a disease condition where patients suffer muscular spasm. Our parents might have told us before to be careful not to step on rusty nails? A particular type of bacteria that thrives in rust and contaminated soil can cause tetanus)

Do you know what is the name of this bacteria? The first one who can tell me the correct answer will get a prize! Heh...
